Oxenwood Completes Dual Midlands Refurbishments Totalling Over 650,000 Sq Ft

Two strategic logistics assets relaunched to Grade A standard following multi-million pound upgrades.

Oxenwood Real Estate has announced the completion of extensive refurbishment works at two major logistics buildings in the Midlands totalling more than 650,000 sq ft — Citadel 324 in Wolverhampton and OXW326 at Derby Commercial Park in Derby

Both properties, which are now ready for immediate occupation, have undergone significant capital expenditure programmes designed to modernise and future-proof the space to appeal to today’s logistics and e-commerce occupiers.

Citadel 324, located in the heart of the Black Country, comprises 324,366 sq ft of logistics space and benefits from 12m clear eaves, 28 dock doors, 4 level access doors, and a 50m yard depth, new LED lighting throughout, modernised office accommodation and roof level sprinkler system.

OXW326 at Derby Commercial Park totals 326,243 sq ft and boasts 15m clear eaves height, LED lighting, a 55m service yard as well as an integrated sprinkler system. Neighbouring occupiers include third party logistics suppliers like CH Robinson and GXO, as well as food firms Greggs and Hello Fresh and retailer JD Sports.
