
BOX4 leases Cabot 141 Stoke to Geberit
Boutique commercial property consultant BOX4 has advised global investor, developer, and operator of logistics real estate Cabot Properties on the successful leasing of Cabot 141, a premier logistics facility located on Campbell Road in Stoke-on-Trent. The building was leased to Geberit, a leading European manufacturer of sanitary products.
The 141,121 sq ft unit, developed in 2019, offers high-specification warehousing and distribution space. Strategically positioned with direct access to the A500, just three miles from Junction 15 of the M6 motorway, the site is within a 90-minute HGV drive of key UK logistics hubs, including Manchester and East Midlands Airports.

Geberit will relocate from its long-standing facility in Alsager to Cabot 141 to support its expanding logistics and distribution operations in the UK. A spokesperson for Geberit weighed in on the location strategy:

The leasing transaction was jointly brokered by BOX4 Real Estate, Knight Frank, and Colliers, acting on behalf of the landlord, Cabot Properties. The tenant, Geberit, was represented by EHB Reeves.
