BOX4 Real Estate Secures Letting of Black Country Warehouse

BOX4 Real Estate has completed the letting of Unit 4, Rabone Park, Smethwick, a 23,447 sq ft modern industrial/logistics warehouse, to All Trade Distributors Ltd on a 10-year lease.

The semi-detached, self-contained unit is of steel portal frame construction, offering 7.1m to the underside of haunch and 9.2m to the underside of apex, two electric level access loading doors, a secure gated yard and separate car parking, together with two-storey office accommodation and a mezzanine floor.

All Trade Distributors Ltd will occupy the premises for cash & carry purposes. The management team behind All Trade brings established experience in wholesale and retail operations across the Midlands
