BOX4 secure Major Lease at Bescot 260 for LCP UK (part of M Core)

BOX4 Real Estate, specialists in logistics and industrial property across the Midlands and North West, is delighted to announce the successful letting of Bescot 260, a prime 261,912 sq ft (24,332 sq m) industrial/warehouse facility on Bescot Industrial Estate, Wednesbury, to leading logistics operator BJS Distribution. BOX4 Real Estate acted as joint leasing agents alongside Bulleys on behalf of landlord LCP UK, part of M Core.

BJS Distribution, a Midlands-based specialist in two-man home delivery services, has taken the entire building on a new long-term lease to fuel its ongoing national expansion.
